Resource Guide for Students with Psychological DisabilitiesIntroductionThe Student Disability Center (SDC) encourages students with psychological disabilities to enrich their university experience by exploring and participating in the many educational programs and services available for UC Davis students. The SDC can be of direct assistance in ensuring equality of access to these programs and services through the provision of academic accommodations. We are also available for disability management counseling, resources and referrals. If you haven't already used our services, you may want to start with a confidential informational visit to the SDC. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to noon, and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. You may either drop-in during those hours or call (530) 752-3184 ahead of time and set an appointment. Eligibility for academic accommodations will require documentation of a psychological disorder by a qualified health professional. Documentation requirements at UC Davis for psychological disabilities are detailed on this website, and are available in printed form in the SDC reception area. Please note that UC Davis documentation requirements may differ from those of other educational institutions. Select On-campus ResourcesCounseling
