Request for Accommodations    Help

Welcome to the Student Disability Center's online database for accommodation requests. Please review the following directions to help get you started.

To request accommodations, use the Accommodations link within the navigation bar. Your current course information is displayed, and you can use the Show term drop down menu to change terms.

Students can use the Request button in order to request accommodations for the course. Once submitted, the request is autoapproved and sent to the professor to be reviewed and confirmed. Once confirmed, you will be able to download the Letter of Accommodation. If you require changes or updates to your accommodations, a Pending status will be placed on the accommodations and you will need to setup an appointment with your Specialist to approve your new accommodations.

You can verify the accommodations process in the Status of your course when making accommodation requests. You will see either Sent, Pending, or Denied with additional comments.
