A fellow classmate has received a Remote Attendance Accommodation for the class you are attending. The Student Disability Center (SDC) needs to stream each class session to this student using Zoom and we need your help. If you already bring a laptop to class we can utilize your personal computer. If you don’t have a laptop the SDC will loan you one for the duration of the course.
You will be instructed on how to conduct these sessions by the ITXpress professionals here at Davis. You will be fully supported in the classroom to make the Zoom session a quality experience for the remote student. The best part is that you can earn up to $650 for a stipend by attending a class you are already taking.
Since you are interested in pursuing this opportunity here is what you can expect moving forward:
- If you haven’t yet please reply to the email you received from the SDC and inform us that you are interested in this opportunity.
- Next, participate in the onboarding activities we will provide you.
- We will have you digitally sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
- With all that completed you will be able to checkout a laptop if you need one.
